As a trainer, what do you need to know about the workforce crisis? Is it a myth or reality? Unprecedented sociological factors have converged including the declining birthrate, increased longevity and disproportionate age distribution to create a new management challenge that is rapidly evolving and cuts across all industries and institutions. How will these factors impact your organization? What do you need to know to engage the generations? What strategies can you put in place to weather the storm and come out as a stronger, more vital entity? What opportunities exist for you to play a role in shaping the next decade?
Join us as Daren Blonski, Vice President of Leadership Development for Sonoma Learning Systems, helps to bring the workforce crisis into focus and suggests strategies to engage the generations in finding resolutions to this problem.
Daren, a member of the Mt. Diablo ASTD Chapter Board, is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, where he majored in Organizational Studies and Leadership. He is also a graduate of the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy and a Leadership Challenge Facilitator who specializes in leadership across generations.
